Hotel Majestic Saigon Ho Chi Minh City

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the room and facilities being super clean. The hotel also had excellent parking options and transportation services, making it easy for me to explore the city. The location in District 1 was perfect, as it was opposite the river and in close proximity to all the major attractions. the hotel's air-conditioned restaurant provided a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food options to start the day off right. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and museums within walking distance.

The noise level was quite high, especially in rooms facing the street. Earplugs were necessary to get a good night's sleep.

Incredible luxury - this hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities. From the Spa & wellness centre to the Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Massage options at our disposal, we felt pampered the entire time we were here. the restaurant was also top-notch, serving delicious food in an elegant atmosphere.

It could have been better, as it was not as clean as we had hoped.

The location was perfect, right on the river with stunning views out over the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly and helpful receptionist to the attentive breakfast room staff. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the rooftop bar was a great spot to enjoy a drink while taking in the city sights.

The shower could use some updating.

Good location near the river, with spacious rooms featuring gold-plated fixtures. Excellent service, particularly at Cyclo restaurant and Breeze Sky Bar. Helpful staff, who upgraded our room for our anniversary celebration and provided a lovely floral arrangement. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fruit. Evening turndown service was a nice touch.

The room at Hotel Majestic was comfortable and clean, with a large bed that ensured a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the fine views from the rooftop restaurant overlooking the river. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the major tourist sites.

Luxurious decor, efficient and friendly staff, delicious food at the Vietnamese restaurant. Great location near the river and variety of shops. Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely choose this hotel next time in town.

Our stay at Hotel Majestic was really good. The old charm and original Art Deco features added a touch of grandeur to our experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see. The service provided by the hotel staff was fabulous, especially with our children. The pool lifeguard even gave our 5-year-old a swimming lesson that he'll remember throughout our travels in Vietnam. The food and cocktails were fabulous, and our suite was awesome. The honeymoon extras made our stay even more special, with a room upgrade, romantic decorations, chocolates, and a personal congratulations card. The excursions desk was also very helpful in ensuring we covered everything. we had a relaxing stay at Hotel Majestic.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The bed was comfortable but quite small.

We were really impressed with the fine entrance and classy rooms of the hotel. The location was also a major plus, with a great view of the Saigon River and within walking distance of prime sites and restaurants. The hotel's evening entertainment with live bands and dancing was a lot of fun, and we enjoyed seeing people from different nationalities having a good time.

The check-in process was quite lengthy and there were some issues with processing credit cards, frustrating. the service was average and the staff seemed to find everything a bit difficult.

As friends going out at nights, we were delighted with the location of the hotel. It was right next to the river, providing us with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was close to many good quality restaurants, allowing us to easily explore the local dining scene. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and plenty of storage space. We appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist us with any requests.

There were some drawbacks. The breakfast felt more like a fast food restaurant than an upmarket hotel, which was a disappointment.
